Setting out, drainage and levels take the first fortnight of every garden. Get them wrong and nothing laid on top of them will ever sit true.

How it goes

Four steps, and you know the price before the second one.

  1. Estimate

    Use the calculator, or send the measurements. You get a range and an honest earliest start date the same day.

  2. Visit and drawing

    We come out, measure properly and draw the garden. £450, taken off the build if you go ahead with it.

  3. Build

    One team on your garden until it is finished — not three gardens at once. A photograph at the end of every week.

  4. Handover

    A planting plan, a year-planner for looking after it, and two years on everything we built.
